'twas a long day :)

SO... today was a long day. It started out by getting up and turning my alarm of one of George Winston's  songs off on my macbook.  Then, i slowly got around to the bathroom to take a shower, and then got ready for the day, went to breakfast...then class started at 8:00am.  Last week and this week I have OT survey (1st year class only) and a study on the book of Genesis (1+2 yr students together), and they're alright.  I don't agree with everything said in the "Genesis" class, but that's ok....I mean it all makes me think, etc.  Then, after 4 classes + one chapel (which i played piano for worship in), it was lunch time.  Lunch was some sort of fried/breaded chicken and potatoes, and Mákos Guba....> A hungarian dessert, with poppseeds, and..sliced apples, and like a bready cake....hard to explain . :) .... <

After lunch, me and damaris (german girl + 1 of my roomies+my RA) ran back to our room to get changed for some basketball.  Every wednesday the Sports Ministry Team goes out to a small town very near here, called Nagykáta.  They go to the Highschool there, and play basketball for around 2-3 hours.  I'm on the Sing Team, but we didn't have practice these last two weeks of school before xmas break, so last week and this week aswell I got the opportunity to go out and play bball with them.  It's a good exercise + a good way to show some love to some kids.  I really enjoy going out, sometimes I wish that I was in the sports ministry, but I have to remind myself that God has put me where he wanted me, and that is the most important thing: doing HIS will! :)  (even though, sometimes its hard).  

     afterwards, we went to the penny market (grocery store) and got some Kid's Champagne and chips and soda for a surprise party our room is doing for one of the gals in our room.  Her name is leighann, and she's 21 yrs old today! ANNNDDDD> since we're not allowed to drink or anything, we got Kid champagne..it's really cool, and I'm not sure if you can get it in america. However, its basically a really bubble flavored soda in a champagne bottle. :)  So yea, it's always a good and fun replacement! hehe 

    Right now, I'm in required study, and listening to 1 Samuel chapters 16-27 for part of this homework i have due on friday.  I'm supposed to read a bunch, and i decided its easier if i listen to it, kind of like listening to "Odessey," and since i'm good like that, I can do  other things aswell :). hehe. 

......I'm hoping tmrw I will be more awake + alert in class tmrw. Today I fell asleep a few times, and Jayson said i was snoring..but i DO NOT snore....i mean i was like 1/2 asleep...and i only snore if I'm sleeping REALLLY well, and if i have a cold> and both didn't happen, so watever... i think he was just hearing me sniff my nose or something, or he's just crazzzzzy. lol    (Jayson is a 2nd yr student, and good friend of mine)

so YEA! that's about it for today, it's really long. my bad :)
